How does a cGPS® Custom TI kit work?

cGPS® Custom principle

  • Nuclease

The nuclease recognizes and cleaves a unique recognition site present at endogenous locus.

  • Integration Matrix

A plasmid that contains a Multiple Cloning Site (MCS) to clone your gene of interest downstream of a promoter. The transgene expression cassette is flanked by left and right homology arms to drive homologous recombination for targeted transgene integration at the nuclease recognition site. The cGPS® Custom TI kits also includ a positive control plasmid.

  • Optimized protocols

Allows you to work in your own native cell line and obtain optimal targeted integration.
