hFF-Cellect™ antibodies are ideally suited for the characterization and depletion of human feeder cells and for the identification of non-reprogrammed fibroblasts during hiPS cell derivation. Magnetic cell separation or flow sorting can be employed on viable cell, giving the possibility to purify hiPS cell populations.
