Express fluorescence-tagged proteins in your cell lines
With Cellectis bioresearch's VizuCELL TAG it kit, researchers can engineer cell lines to express fluorescence-tagged proteins in the cytoskeleton (alpha-tubulin or beta-actin) or nucleus (histone H2B 1-J), controlled by the endogenous promoter.
The VizuCELL TAG it kit is based on the same technology as the VizuCELL 'off-the-shelf' collection of cell lines, but allows researchers to tag their own cell lines using TALEN™ technology and the corresponding donor matrices.
